Its not that they don't "want" to work on it, they have a fix.. and they have fixed a handful of realms. They are just typical bliz,po wow they are too damn lazy to fix something right away. Its been that way for a looooonnnng time... The only time they fix something QUICKLY is when its a bug that is a convenience to players, such as last xpac when ret pallys were slatering everything with one shots, clearing instances in 5 minutes. That was fixed in the matter of minutes. When it comes to stuff that is an inconvenience to players, they wait a few weeks until enough people get pissed off.
